I went for a run after work today, as planned. L, the only other member of this Afterwork RunClub, and I went out for the second day in a row. We were going to do the same route as yestereday, but a last-minute schedule change forced us to cut the distance to 5K. Just as well because my legs felt like lead today. Maybe those epsom salts, which are supposed to ease muscle tension, don't work. Then I picked up my race packet for this Sunday's 5K Resolution Run, which included this sleek running vest and a running cap.

Quick 5K
