Two workouts

Worked on toning my arms this morning (yes, this arms and back exposure on Wedding Day is getting to my head). Then afterwork, RunClub with L reconvened for the first time since the end of March. She had been ordered by her doc to cease all cardio for awhile, but she said she felt good today and decided that we could just jog slowly. She also wore a heart rate monitor to make sure she didn't spike badly. She didn't. We kept a steady pace for about 41 minutes. I didn't map it, but I'm estimating that's about 5K.
