I feel like I'm still walking a little bit gingerly today. Maybe it's in my head, but I feel that it's spread to the other leg. Both my knees today just seem to be radiating achiness. Feeling superweary. Don't feel like running, and even less so about getting on a bike. Sigh. Tomorrow is a new day.
This weekend's 12 miles is going to be grueling.

Try a nice easy recovery run today or Saturday before your long run. You will be fine, attitude is everything....or at least a big part of running.
