I'm still feeling good about yesterday's run, what a turnaround from my morning mood. My legs, however, hate me. They are feeling sore and I'm having trouble walking properly. More stretching is on the sked today, possibly a bike ride, but I'd rather go to the local food fest, where "tastes" of souvlaki, baklava, calamari, rosemary lamb pie, spring rolls, cotton candy, and short ribs can run you anywhere between $1-$5.
I haven't been keeping up with tallying my miles on a weekly basis. So, indulge me as I crunch some numbers for the past three weeks.
Weekly Tally (for Weeks 6-8): 14.43mi + 18.08mi + 24.69 = 57.2mi/92.1K
Training-to-date: 211.45mi/340.26K
Week 9 begins tomorrow, a stepback week. At this time next week, I'm officially half-way there. Wow.
