Treadmills all booked, no run. Next alternative, the stationary bike. 15K, 25 minutes. It's still hot out there.
I need to dig out my bike from the back of my storage locker, least of all because I'm doing a charity ride -- the annual Ride for Heart -- next Sunday to raise funds for the Heart and Stroke Foundation (more on this later). It's one of my favorite things to actually come out of The Office and it's turned into a father-daughter thing, because The Office team has room on its team for Dad.
My dilemna now is when do I do my weekend Long Run if 50K of bike riding is on the Sunday menu? Do I do still go running on Saturday? Help!

Do a long run on saturday, then do 25k on sunday.. that's just me though..
I've got my *heart* set on doing 50K bike ride.. maybe I'll shift the long run to Friday instead, to allow for enough rest before Sunday's ride. I don't think I'll hit my 10-pct w/w mileage increase.
