I did a self-taught core strength class today. It's not just my legs that are going to get me to the finish line, but the rest of me has got to be strong too. Having done G's classes over the last few years, I figured I could talk myself through the motions on an exercise ball. Went downstairs with my yoga mat, and did a modified solo core class for 35 minutes. It's not as fun. I better get up earlier on Saturdays and go to the class.
All this before the first Long Run. I wonder if that was a mistake; feeling tired.
I'm on deck for 7K this afternoon. Still gotta map a route.
