Transit turmoil

I wonder if Toronto streets will be too clogged today for a satisfying run after work. Commuters were greeted this morning with a surprise wildcat strike, but I'm still close enough to work to walk (for the next month and a bit, anyway). There were a lot of walkers today, bike riders trying to get to work. Transit service is supposed to resume this afternoon, but there's sure to be a lot of cars on the road still. Adding to the smog on a 30-Celsius day (but feels like 41C!).
