Meant to do 4K but finished
3K. Took
24-1/2 minutes, otherwise would have been late for yoga. No focus in either activity. Again, I didn't feel a rhythm developing during the run on the treadmill, and I felt I was laboring through each step. Then had trouble holding poses in class, and felt more inflexible than ever. Gak.
