Tally

I was tempted to get out again today after such a great outing yesterday, but rest is important they say. To review: three runs this past week, different distances than the previous. The first two runs were lacking in oomph, but I feel I finished the week strong. And, I tacked on a tiny bit of mileage for the week ended. Well, that's encouraging... I'm aiming to add 10 percent next week.

Weekly tally: 16.5K, up 0.3 K from the previous week.
Training-to-date: 32.7K.
